why my account has been suspended, i didn't do anything wrong

Hey, I know this is strange, but a lot of people playing in that server are from eu, of course we have Australian, Russian and even Korean players here, so my question is can we have abyssal and lusca twice per day? mm and halcy are good, but for those 2 events participating as eu is hard. You can make it limit to once per day so people who have no life wouldn't do it twice.
