The mount was a 600 loyalty mount.
With the 3.0 update previous patch players were given it.

It has not been added through other means yet

Unless you're bent on Soulmares specific looks, Stormrose from mirage is similarly ghostly and otherwise the exact same horse, same speed and skillset.

Soulmare is blue tho but I agree, its prettier than the pink one, but I figured might as well get Stormrose because it's easy to get. I don't use it as much anymore since I got my Mooneer tho x)

I know that the white pegasus was up for loyalty but the hellwing pegasus is the red fiery one and I haven't seen one since last fall was it a loyalty reward mount because I have been looking out for it with no luck the white one I saw on the shop for a while but not hellwing and I have been looking.

But I responded about the hellwings pegasus.
This mount was in the marketplace in September.
The mount was part of its own credit box like all newly added mounts are
