So i changed dx11 to dx9 and now when i run the game it gives me splash screen loads the first two lines of text and disappears tried uninstalling tried fixing client tried deleting the external folder that it creates nothing works

So before i waste my money i have seen in game announcement that shadow card is no longer supported but here it says to use shadow card https://na.archerage.to/forums/index.php?threads/crypto-currency-guide-how-to-donate.3757/ so do i just follow that guide or how does this work?

Every time I try to enter library it says can't use skill am i missing something i watched guides and the people just enter without any problems. What am i doing wrong?
