account was blocked due to using a modified game client

error message was given after the
"Your client is damaged or you've attempted to use cheats" error popped up
i uninstalled the game and reinstalled them game
then i got the "account was blocked due to using a modified game client"
not sure how to fix this

In case your account was banned you need to submit a Ticket at your Account Panel.
Forum is not a correct place to appeal your ban.
