Crafted or Obsidian gear?

I am a Abolisher, will go for plate with magic defense obsidian shield! But I don't know if I should go for obsidian or crafted gear... or if I should mix it... I honestly do not know. Can some one please tell me which one is the better option and why? Thank you.

In my opinion obsidian because you can get a bit more m def from 2 parts (not much but still some and you will need every bit you can get) also you get bonus parry and block rate from another 2 parts and the 5th part is either HP or Melee atak which for an abolisher is good in any case.

If you go that road make your m def items in that priority : Shield - Cloak - Instrument
