Failed to update the latest file list

As the title, I have been failed to update the file list for few hours. I tried to repair the client but no help. Is this a new error ?
If not, can I fix it by reinstalling the client?
Sorry for my bad English.

I tried to reinstall but the direct client is failled even after I reset my PC
 
Close your launcher and reboot your router, then try to update. If no lucky, please confirm what error you have.
