Graphics fixed?

My graphics are in low quality , but it looks like medium or higher , and my fps fell a lot because of that, i'm trying to change and relog,but doesn't change, and my friend is trying to put it higher and don't change to him too.
Can u help us with that?

And it happens after the update, before the update was normal, low, medium and high..

It looks like your game settings went off or you have cache from 3.0. In order to reset the setting, please go to C:\ArcheAge\Documents and remove folder’s content (ctrl+A -> delete).
After it you need to change settings in game and then restart your game for them to apply.
