Is This Normal? Long Launch and Something Pops Up

Hi everytime I hit "Play" in the ArcheRage Launcher, it takes awhile for the game to open, plus there are pop up error messages. I just close the pop ups because the game will run anyway. But here is a screenshot. Is this normal?

Your anti-virus tries to intrude your game and keeps checking the files causing long load and errors.
Close the game and add a folder with the game to exceptions. Start launcher again, if error remains, close launcher one more time and remove file "client.version", then open launcher.
Most likely errors will be gone. Otherwise, you'll need to reinstall using Torrent option if it will keep causing troubles and delays.
