Launcher error

Hi, when i push play, and when the image appears, its disappear suddendly and the game never start, and when i open the file of the launcher, theres a new document created always after the launcher fail, anyone know why this issue is happening?

The game is not launching correctly due to a bad installation. You need to reinstall

Same thing here, I reinstaled, I tried repair, and nothing, still not opening, sometimes gimme error messages and sometimes just closes, and I can't enter the game =/

Please be more specific. When exactly does it close? What is the error message?
