Nothing happens

I'm new around here, figured i'd give this a go.. downloaded the torrent files, and placed them all in a folder on my desktop. When I double click the setup.exe file however, nothing happens. I get the loading indicator for a couple seconds, and then.... nothing. Anyone have any ideas what the problem is here?

If you can't start the installer, then something in your PC is damaged. Try direct download instead of torrent.
