if I close window the download data is deleted

How can I solve it?

I apologize for the delay in reply. You need to restart your PC and then start your launcher again.

I am having the same problem i have tired redownloading it many time i have tired restarting my pc after it is down i have delted all my files befor hand and everthing but i always get stuck at save clenit date and it never go's past it or anything i have tired about 10 diffent time runing it normal and as admin i dont know what eles to do at this point help pls

Which download are you grabbing? You need to do a complete uninstall then check to make sure all game files are gone, then download the game using the torrent file. Install and you should be good.
