Technical server restart at 8:30 am 12/4!

Server will be off for restart on 12/4 at 8:30 am. This is a technical restart.
Fixed the memory leak vulnerability that was used by somebody from outside with the goal to crash server and prevent its stable work. Yesterday's server crash wasn't a coincidence but an aimed attack on the server that continued till now. The current restart was needed to remove the vulnerability and prevent further crashes.
Duration time - 1h 20 minutes.

Edit: We are still completing the fix update installation. Restart duration time is extended for another 30 minutes.
