It's been a month into 3.5, which is when it was added with no modifications or vote from the community. To be honest, I'm not sure how it slipped past the ArcheRage team to begin with and implemented as it was on live with no modifications. It's disgusting and was part of ArcheAge Live's downward spiral, and I think ArcheRage needs to do something about it.
