Went on discord and typed the command and a few minutes later a bot DM's me saying "Request is not accepted!". I also tried on the website and got an error. Was wondering if a GM could just send it to me ingame. I have not been on this game for quite a long time and are definitely eligible to claim the pack. Thanks.

You can claim Support Pack only if you meet the requirements. The errors you received when you tried to request it mean that you are not eligible for it.
