Very Slow Loading

After hitting Play on a character in the Character Screen, the game takes about 5 minutes to load. Been going on for a couple days now. Launcher to Character Screen is fine. Not sure if it's client side or server. My other games run just fine. Once in-game, the FPS has dropped significantly as well.

Will be a result of your avs real time protection function scanning over the pak file everytime a new area is required to load
