im not sure what most people are complaining about riso but I imagine its most likely people using it to kill afk raids in whalesong, aegis and cr/gr. I think the first thing you could do is limit the mount from being summoned in those zones.

Hi I was curious if you could add a malediction type title to the dragon's festival kinda like the hero cloak you implemented could just swap cast time for attack speed and would have a great title for that playstyle

I think a glider that's worth more than the current gold trade limit should be enough incentive to come and try to kill it. That's not including the best weapon swaps in the game
