You can't cert over a cash shop farm to another player. If you want to sell a piece of land that has a cash shop farm or gazebo, then you need to do a demo sale, or just build a tradeable gilda design and cert it over.

Obsdian t7's will be getting boost to their base stats, so why not just leave erenor the way it is without the 10% stat nerf? It's still a big grind the the effort doesn't seem worth it at this point with the changes made.

I don't recall the multipurpose workbench having a different recipe for blank regrade scrolls. In 2.9 the general recipe was 1 dawn lake essence would be used to craft 2 scrolls, but that changed in 3.0 to 2 dawn lake for 2 scrolls.

Why not just wait the 1 minute until the guard captain spawns, then go through the portal.

Btw, you don't even need to tag kraken, you just need to be in the area when it dies. Lats is right, just come out to kraken and stealth at the bottom of the ocean and you'll get the eye. If havockitty ever came out to contest anything, instead of just gearing to complain, they'd know.

To meet the needs of the current playerbase, could we go back to having warrior medals in the login tracker? At this point I feel it would be fine to replace gilda stars and/or the un-stackable synthium stones with the increasingly needed warrior medals. Any thoughts?

To combat bots perditas are only worth 10g on this server. The highest pack you'll find is the delphinad pottery which is worth 100g.

I feel if you're going to make the wizard tokens tradable, then the bloods and crystals needed for the dream ring would have to be tradable too. Also, the dungeon stones needed for the ynys guardian ring. It's a best in slot item, so it needs to be grinded for. Just leave it as it is.
