Cant you increase the number of token we get in the quest rewards? or decrease the cost of the prizes? I believe that until Nov 10th will not be enough to get 100 tokens, at most 80. If you half the cost of the prizes in the festival workbench I think it will be enough.

I think it should apply too for Stellar/Lunar/Solar scarecrows. Currently there is no legit way off selling most of the land in the server, which was claimed trought stellars/birchs, only making demolitions, which is easily scameable
