I've seen a lot of demeaning or humiliating chat on Faction/Nation/Guild/Family even Trade does that mean that i can report it even though it is not address to me? I don't get it! If you find it offensive even if it is not address to you, block him/her. No need to add new rules.

NightCloak is good. you can SOLO or AOE any mobs with a good sustain of Mana from Occultism Passive and Baleful Recharge (Witchcraft Passive).. Enervate + Earthen Grip returns a certain amount of HP.. i mean Occultism + Witchcraft + any skill tree..
