As per SjinderSon statement in Discord, gem carvers were supposed to be 1500 honor per. It was finally rather implemented in marketplace for 300 credit. Could it be made available as planned in honor shop as an alternative way of getting them, even with a honor price adjustment?

Keep it on activation basis with infinite duration like it is implemented now. Forced timed duration with the same 30 seconds cooldown doesn't make sense, it's just make the skill annoying to use and constantly re-apply.

Well, mybad, 500% increase: 1152.5 * (1+500%) = 6915 Figured you would connect the dots :D

What happen here is that the old overtax system is applied on top, with the the monopoly increased as base: 1152.5 * 500% = 6915. Not like the order really matter at that point tho. The whole concept went just overboard, cumulate it with the old base increase is the cherry on top!

10th buildings and over count toward the monopoly: 36 (total property) - 9 = 27 increase per properties % is based on the total count: 36 -> 15%/each Monopoly (applied to every properties) = 27 * 15% = 405%
