Where is the ArcheRage embassy on Mirage Isle?

Hi there, I started playing on ArcheRage recently and I've been running into a problem. The problem is, the game models take ages to load in. 20-30secs at best. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this. I heard that using the torrent could be better but since I'm not sure how to do that...
