server issues

Im lvl 15 Nuian and Im at Wardton. I cant cut down any Sturdy Trees as a text pops up saying "Level too low". Im just curious if this is a bug or something that can be done but at a higher or lower level. BTW im new to the server but Im familiar enough with archeage.

My screen was black and I can't get into my character screen. After the ArcheRage cut scene it doesn't load like at all. Server resetting?

Just after login badge patch, i pressed play and it keeps crashing. Is server down becouse all the players are trying to play at the same time or just me? Might also be patch related.

I tried relogging but when I try to change my skillsets it doesn't change I got the gold and I tried re-logging but it still doesn't do anything and it is really ticking me off. I please ask you guys to fix the issues and restart the server. Also, the server is very laggy too.
