Abyssal skills quest bug

Hello, i have been trying, after making all the necessary quests, to get my battlerage abyssal skills. I have been ported to the queen's chamber and got the sword's quest, just needing to absorb the energy from the sword. But then when i try to complete the quest(i have the specialization snowflake on my character) it says that i havent met all the requirements.

Doesnt sound like a bug I've heard before.. You must be lv55 or you cant get the quests, and you probably are using BR while trying to get it done too..

It's talking to the sword that is bugged?
