Greetings, dear ArcheRage players!
We're glad to inform you that work on the 6.1 "Shadows Revealed" global update is proceeding smoothly.

We're doing our best to get the update released in the near future, though we do not have a finalized release date yet, as it's still a work in progress.

Please note that this thread includes only changes to the base game and not the custom content - that will be added at a later date.


Please leave any suggestions or feedback related to the update itself here! This thread will be checked daily and it'll remain open until the 6.1 update full release.
In the meanwhile we'll be continuing over work on the update to deliver the best possible experience for you, as well as we'll post updates here and edit them into the first post here/in the patchnotes thread itself when necessary.

:) I would like there to be a custom rp title (no stats) or icon added for either the current 1 million gold achievement or for a new 2 million gold achievement. Since the only gold related title/icon that can be selected can be gained via other means.
 
can we have a permanent version of race change elixir? and it would be nice if we get the weapon/amor conversion scrolls for hiram/lib
Please make race change on this server a permanent thing, a lot of people would appreciate that.
Add more BDSM items for housing and permanent race change.
The race change elixer is not in this update and we are not adding a method of race changing,
 
Would be nice to see increased drop rates of Archeum ore and crystals/essences as the patch adds even more ways to use them.

RD instance drops or the glider recipe could use tweaking too, as theres not a lot of people participating in RD, and even fewer once the chinese drop out of nearly every instance that pops.
 
Reedwind Faction Competition

A Faction Competition system has been added to Reedwind, which allows members of each faction to accumulate points by killing monsters, hostile faction members and completing daily quests during war.
  • Completing daily quests in Reedwind grants 1000 points, killing strong or high ranking monsters grants 5 points and killing member of hostile factions grants 1 point.
  • The points are maintained until one of the three factions reaches a total of 750000 points, which will cause the Furious Thunderwing Titan to spawn and members of the other two factions to be teleported out of the zone.
  • After the battle with the Furious Thunderwing Titan, the Faction Competition score will be reset for the faction that fought the boss. The other two factions maintain their score until they reach 750000 points as well.
The rewards for the Furious Thunderwing Titan have been adjusted as follows:
  • Added Evenglow Lunagems to the drop table
  • Added Superior Evenglow Lunarite to the drop table
  • Removed Gold Crates from the drop table
  • To support this new system, the map of Reedwind was slightly adjusted and the Crimson Watch Camp is now a Peace Area. Reedwind Troodons are now considered normal grade mobs and the level of Troodon Hatchlings summoned by Reedfrill Troodons was changed.
  • Reedwind Essences and Titansong Rubies can no longer be used to build Haje’s Tower, and monsters in Reedwind no longer drop either of these items.

Can we have the points required to summon the TWT by half, or something like that?
Asking that, because the change that happened once before about the TWT Towers: 3.0 TWT
 
could it not make the arc light so strong?
I have a collection of videos with just using flamebolt and arc light and doing over 40k damage in mythic/eternal gears

see how this is broken ...
 
you realize this is like patch 7.5 right?
did you read the patch notes?
you will see alot of arcanists with alot of cast time gems casting arc light in 1 sec ....


Arc Lightning
Skill range increased from 20m to 23m
Skill cooldown reduced from 15s to 8s
Skill cast time increased from 2.5s to 3.8s
Base damage increased
Skill Magic Attack scaling increased from 550% to 902%
Deals additional 70% Critical Damage to Targets under Shock, Burn or Freeze

We do not make custom balance changes to skills.
Magic is not the only skilltree to receive buffs
 
Question: is this the patch that intelligence gets cast time?
If not, could it be added early at this opportunity given that evasion was removed a while ago?
