Siege
The new siege and territory systems focus on the Nuia and Haranya Alliance as a faction and empowers the Pirates to participate for their own gain.
Every Wednesday, one of the four available territories is up for siege: Nuimari, Marcala, Heedmar or Calmlands. Exeloch and Sungold Fields will not be available for claim. Only the Nuia or Haranya Alliance can claim either of those territories, but Pirates can participate in this clash of mother factions and gain some gold in the process.
Players can check the siege schedule in the updated siege UI, which can be found under Community (Shift+V) > Faction > Siege Info.
Siege Commander:
An important new task is given to the heroes of each faction.
Every Wednesday from 12pm to 8pm, the heroes of each faction can apply to become the Siege Commander for the upcoming siege.
At 8pm, the highest-ranking hero, who is currently online and has applied for the position will be appointed the role of Siege Commander. Once appointed, the Commander can select a fellow faction member to become their Supporting Commander. Both the Siege Commander and Supporting Commander can recruit members of the faction for their Siege Squad. The Siege Squad supports up to 50 players and cannot be abandoned until the siege is over.
Should no hero apply to become a Siege Commander, then the siege is automatically considered lost for that faction, regardless if the faction is attacking or defending a territory.
Raid Recruitment:
Players can join the Siege Squad by either applying via the Raid Recruitment window or by getting invited by the Siege Commander or Supporting Commander. Should the Commanders fail to assemble a full Siege Squad, then any players can join the siege on a first come, first serve basis, until the Squad has reached its limit of 50 participants.
While in the Siege Squad, players cannot turn on Bloodlust or join other raids. Mirage cannot be entered and attempting to enter instances will consume a daily entry.
Base Setup:
When the Siege Squad is formed, the Siege Commander must travel to the territory and interact with a Blood Archeum Crystal located at either end of the small roads leading away from the Archeum Lodestone. Interacting with the Blood Archeum Crystal will confirm the faction’s participation in the siege and install the Siege Camp. If the Siege Commander fails to interact with the Blood Archeum Crystal before 9pm, then the faction will automatically loose the siege and the Siege Squad is disbanded.
Goal – Defenders:
The Defending Faction must prevent the Sieging Faction from destroying their Archeum Lodestone. Should the Sieging Faction fail to destroy the Archeum Lodestone, then the Defending Faction wins the siege.
Should the Sieging Faction manage to destroy the Archeum Lodestone, then the Lodestone will shatter into multiple Lodestone Orbs, that spawn in the designated siege area.
Now the focus of the Defending Faction shifts to preventing the Sieging Faction from purifying enough Lodestone Orbs, before they reach 100%.
This is also when Pirates come into play, who can destroy the Lodestone Orbs to make some good money. The Defending Faction must therefore also prevent the Pirates from destroying Lodestone Orbs, before they reach 100%.
Goal – Attackers:
The Sieging Faction must first invade the center of the designated area which may or may not be heavily armed with cannons and defended by thick walls. Once the Sieging Faction manages to make its way to the Archeum Lodestone, said Lodestone must be destroyed.
As soon as the Lodestone is destroyed, Lodestone Orbs will spawn in the designated siege area and the heroes of the faction must race to purify enough Orbs to reach 100% before time runs out.
But beware: This is also when Pirates can show up and destroy the Lodestone Orbs for their own gains.
Goal – Pirates:
Though Pirates cannot claim territories for their faction, they can still benefit from Nuia and Haranya going at each other during a siege.
Once the Sieging Faction manages to destroy the Archeum Lodestone, Lodestone Orbs will spawn in the designated siege area. Heroes of the Pirate faction can destroy these Orbs to grab a Lodestone Shard tradepack. These packs fetch a nice price with the Relic Merchant on Freedich Isle.

Territory
Once a territory is claimed by a faction, the Territory Steward located at the Archeum Lodestone will guide the heroes of the faction through the basics.
The following buildings can be built in a claimed territory:
Guardian Altar
The first building the Territory Steward will ask the heroes to install, is the Guardian Altar.
The design can be purchased with the Steward for 5 Blue Salt Bonds and placed in front of the large, square, stone surface right there.
The construction of this building requires 10 Basic Construction Materials, which can be purchased for 1 Blue Salt Bond each, at the Territory Construction Workbench, down at the shore. Any faction members can contribute to building the Guardian Altar.
Once the Guardian Altar is built, several amenities will be spawned:
- Faction War Flag:
Allows members of the faction to receive the buff “Amarenda IV’s Blessing” or “Andrion II’s Blessing”.
Allows heroes to use Mobilization Orders.
- Territory Oasis:
Can be activated using 5 Smoldering Log Bundles or Auroria Mineral Water Packs. Once activated, allows members of the faction to restore additional 3 labor every 5mins, when wearing a Territory Bathing Suit near the Territory Oasis.
- Personal Depot:
Grants access to both a player’s personal warehouse and mailbox.
- Wyvern Stand:
Allows heroes to spawn a Wyvern for 6 hours, using 1 Territory Coin.
- Multipurpose Workbench:
Provides a crafting station for a wide range of recipes.
- Cannon Distribution Center:

The Workshop Manager is also where players can go to identify their ore mined at Auroria Veins or ask for assistance, should they luck out while mining and find an Auroria Ore Pack.
The building also comes with a Resource Workbench, that allows members of the faction to craft their Territory Resource Coins into Territory Supplies, and a Workbench that allows to craft a variety of items, including a costume exclusive to heroes or a Small Wyvern mount.

Once the Warehouse is built members of the faction can turn in their crafted Territory Supplies from the Workshop, to complete their daily quest and help stock the Warehouse.
If enough Supplies are stored, a Transport Manager will show up on Wednesdays from 3pm to 8pm and allow heroes to begin a Territory Transport. This Manager will also offer a daily quest for all members of the faction, which allows them to earn 500 Honor Points, 20 Territory Contribution and 2 Territory Coins.
During this transport, members of the faction must deliver the Supplies stored in the Warehouse to the Transport Manager at the shore but beware of thieves! Territory Supplies can be stolen and salvaged with a Salvaging Tool to obtain Onyx Archeum Essence.
Should not all Supplies be delivered when the time runs out, then the remainder of Supplies in the Warehouse will be destroyed.
Successfully delivering Supplies to the Transport Manager increases the Territory Income.

Territory Income & Contribution
Each territory has a separate Territory Income, which is accumulated through various activities, such as the Supply Transport mentioned above.
Each member of the faction has an individual Contribution pool which accumulates until the territory is up for siege again. On said day, the Territory Income is split between all members of the faction and rewarded based on each individual player’s Contribution, in comparison to the Total Contribution.
The current Income and Contribution can be viewed under Community (Shift+V) > Faction > Auroria Territories.
Purification Areas and Vyrava
Each territory has a Purification Area that needs to be cleansed of the Aust Mana Tower spreading evil across the land. Once defeated, the Aust Mana Tower can be cleansed using a Purification Pack, which can be obtained at the Territory Outpost by a hero of the faction.
As soon as the Purification Area is cleansed, members of the faction can also complete their daily quest from the Territory Outpost, hunting the monsters that now spawn there.
Occasionally when killing mobs in this area, Vyrava can appear and stays for 15 mins before he disappears again.
Vyrava has a chance to drop Design Fragments: Growling Yawl and Design Fragment: Singed Vehicle
