Dear ArcheRagers!
On October, 21st our ArcheRage NA server celebrates its 7th Anniversary.
We prepared special Anniversary events for you and an Anniversary Gift.
Join Anniversary celebration with us!​

Anniversary Events:

- Creation Day mini-event.
Dates: 10/21 - 11/4​

Anniversary Gift:

!!!Important! Anniversary Gift will be possible to request only starting from 10/21!!!

Important! Gift can be received only once per account, so be careful in your choice of the character. Gift will not be possible to exchange or forward to another character on the account after you make a choice.

To receive your gift visit your Account Panel → go Services → Anniversary Gift → choose a character from the list and press a confirmation button*.

Requirements:
- Account created before 10/22
- Account has at least 1 character of level 1+

* If your account is created on 10/22 or later, you can contact @Sparkle for the gift, as you'll not be able to get it automatically through the Account Panel.

Daily Gift - 7 boxes with various items that can be opened once a day.
Title: Together Forever - provides title + opens access to "7" title icon.
Magic ArcheRage Flag - allows you to choose one of the following: AR Wall Flag, Banner, Flag or Balloon.
Plasma Charger - decor with a useful effect.
Housing Decor - custom decor, provides one of the following: Harani Girl Pillow, Mysterious Stone, Ancient Hero Statue.
Potted Herb - custom decor, provides one of the following: Potted Silver Lily, Potted Crimson Petunia, Potted Indigo Peony.
Custom Live Figurine - custom decor, provides one of the following: Dread Beserker Live Figurine, Twintail Wyrm Live Figurine, Scarlet Incubus Live Figurine, Centaurus Live Figurine. Crimson Manticore Live Figurine, Primark Live Figurine.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but I just started playing today and would love to receive the anniversary gift, how do I exactly contact Sparkle? I cannot start a private conversation :( Character name: nicowocin

Hi there,

Would it be possible to still receive the anniversary pack? I signed up and started playing just after the deadline to claim it on the website.
If I'm too late that's totally fine too. Figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Character name is Redgrape is that's relevant.

Hey yes I tried to claim it but it said it had already been claimed. I'm almost 100% sure i didn't claim it and i see no evidence of the rewards in my inventory or warehouse.

You didn't provide your character name. Without it there's no way for me to check anything.
