A few words about the update:

A brand-new zone has opened up for all adventurers – Great Prairie of the West.
The Great Prairie of the West is located on the southeastern side of the Hiram Mountains surrounding the Navel of the World.
New monsters,quests, achievements and titles added.

Added new faction competition content - Guardian Scramble.
Defeat wild guardians and make offerings to your totem to call your faction's guardian or grow your summoned guardian.

Naval Arena: Stillwater Gulf is opened for 1 month.

Abyssal Kraken, the awakening of the Kraken, is added.

Akasch Invasion, Garden of the Gods, Faction and Hero system changes and much more in the latest update.

Added a new Auroria region: Great Prairie of the West.
Added the path to the Great Prairie of the West to the southeast of the Eastern Hiram Mountains.
Added 5 new BGMs and 16 new monsters of Hiram Mountains.
Added "Soul of the Prairie" and "Sun Father Statue" that grant you buff effects.
Added Race Quests, Region Quests, and achievements of the new Great Prairie of the West region.
Added the “Bard of the Prairie” chronicle, achievement, title, and icon.
The Great Prairie of the West will have Conflict and War times on Fridays and Saturdays: Conflict at 9:30 pm –10:00 pm server time (EST) and War at 10:00 pm –11:00 pm server time (EST).

The Great Prairie of the West is located on the southeastern side of the Hiram Mountains surrounding the Navel of the World.
With the Hiram Mountains blocking the east side, the prairie's ecology has been stable, away from external influences, and the warm-climate vegetation has kept the animals well fed.
Back during the times of Auroria before the exodus, the Firran inhabited this plac. For nomad Firran, this giant prairie was a great place to make their eternal lands.
The words of the Firran's hero "Tahyang," said two thousand years ago, before his final battle that he would return to the Great Prairie, it is the dream of today's Firran to reclaim this place.

The "Wildflower Forest" is made of trees that feed on the mist and dew from the Hiram Mountains.
The mist and dew containing the energy exuded from the Navel of the World are said to have given a magical power to the herbs of this land.

The "Forgotten Spike" is located at the center of the Great Prairie of the West, but the reason behind its existence is unknown even to the Bards.
However, because its shape is similar to that of the spike used by Tahyang, you might face yet another legend of the Firran once the lost story is recovered.

In Terena, there are the remains of an architecture you don't see in the Firran architecture. These remains are greatly damaged because of age, but they still preserve the traces of the Epherium Kingdom who once subjugated the Firran.
There are also traces of ancient Firran tents with faded bloodstains that seem to indicate this place was used as temporary housing for captured Firran.
The fact that many Firran were sacrificed by Anthalon's magic is historically recorded.

The soaring mountain in the Great Prairie is called "Plains Eye."
This place was where Tahyang gathered the Firran upon discovering the world ravaged by war because of Kyrios.
It was at this moment that someone, watching Tahyang and his people climbing the mountain, said that they were like "the whip of the wind,"
as the sunlight reflected on the mane of a snowlion had the shape of a whip. Hence the group born from this gathering later received the name of "Windwhip."
The Firran performed their rituals to the sun-father at this place and considered it sacred, and their altar still remains here.
It is indeed a historically important place for the Firran.

The blood of many Firran heroes were spilled on the grounds of the Great Prairie from the Terena battle.
While there was peace on the prairie, the desires of the fallen heroes who wanted to protect the prairie became spirits and remained on the grounds.
Tombstones were erected to commemorate their sacrifice, but when those spirits that couldn't yet depart met the strange power of this land, "guardians" were born.
One cannot usually meet a guardian.
However, it's said that when one paid a tribute to the altar of the Wind God and the Sun God, and prayed to the gods for protection, a guardian appeared to protect the prayer and their surroundings.
Nevertheless, records about the guardians faded away as the prairie was left abandoned for ages.

Added the Great Prairie of the West Guardian Scramble.
Guardian Scramble is a complex faction competition content that revolves around "guardians" in the Great Prairie of the West
Guardian Scramble is held every Friday and Saturday in the Great Prairie of the West at 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm server time (EST). (Edit: Time updated, see Custom Updates part of the patch notes)
Recommended level is Ancestral Level 35 and there is no limit on the number of participants.
Added quests related to the Great Prairie of the West Guardian Scramble.
Added Equipment Point limit to Guardian Scramble quests to 11,000 points.

Guardian Scramble Components

There are 6 Guardian Totems around the center of the Great Prairie of the West.
The totems do not usually reveal their power, but when war is imminent, the power of the guardians is gathered, activating the totems, and wild guardians make their appearance.
Each faction (Nuian, Haranyan, and Pirate) can summon its guardian by offering "Traces of a Wish" to the Guardian Totem upon defeating wild guardians.
When battle begins in the Great Prairie of the West, the factions dispatch archers to the bases for Guardian Scramble.
When the archers are placed, the bases become faction resurrection locations and has Guardian Scramble related mission NPCs spawn.
The archer NPC at the faction base of the Great Prairie of the West will now only spawn during war times.
Players at the center of the faction base receive a protection effect which makes them immune to all damage.
Players who enter bases of hostile factions will have their physical and magical skills locked and have their ATK and DEF decreased.
Yearning Altar is where the power of yearning gathers. Advancing the guardian here and controlling the altar will allow you to quickly accumulate faction points.
Therefore, advancing the guardian to the Yearning Altar and holding it is the ultimate goal of Guardian Scramble.
Traces of a Wish is the crystallization of the blood and yearnings of the Firran warriors who fought in the Terena war.
You can find them in various forms. Some have seeped into ores, while some became highly condensed crystals.
Defeat wild guardians and make offerings to your totem to call your faction's guardian or grow your summoned guardian.

Guardian Scramble: Guardian

Guardians are the centerpiece of Guardian Scramble who are both your ally and targets for the enemy.
Guardians are randomly summoned and can only be summoned or commanded by Faction Heroes.
Giving a certain number of Traces of a Wishes to the summoned guardian allows them to grow into a higher form.
Higher stage guardians have much better abilities and health, which gives them a boost in survivability.
They also provide more faction points the higher stage form they take.

Randalus
A blue wolf spirit with deer horns that appears in the creation legends of the Firran.As a spirit, it prefers to use powerful soundwave attacks to inflict fear upon the enemy instead of physical attacks, and provides benefits to its allies.
Buhowk
A bipedal guardian with the body of a bear and the head of an owl.As suggested by its looks, it prefers to use brute force against enemies and is the most destructive of the guardians.
Snokrumm
A flying guardian in the form of an ice snake with wings.
It uses ice magic to enemies nearby and is the only guardian with healing abilities.

Guardian Scramble: Rewards

Guardian Scramble offers 1 Daily Quest and rewards you with Akasch Token Crates for wins and losses.

Added Naval Arena: Stillwater Gulf.
Arena will be available for 1 month from the update release date.

General Info

In Naval Arena: Stillwater Gulf, all participants are competing against each other and you must defeat all other participants to win.
Participants must survive by summoning their clippers and they cannot get off the clipper once they board it.
Make sure to be close to a safe area with Ezi's Divine Protection, when the wave of Greedy Shadows moves in.
Exploring the map and defeating monsters allows the participants to find supplies, which then can be used to enhance their clippers.
The arena lasts for 60 minutes, but the Greedy Shadows move fast and will reach you before than that.
All kinds of chats are prohibited in the arena due to the curse of the ghosts.
Participants fight under the same conditions, all active buffs and debuffs are canceled and won't be restored even after you leave.

How to Enter

The event banner will appear on the top right side of the screen at the entry time. Click on the banner to open the Instance window.
Anyone of at least level 30 can apply to enter the arena through Instance > Arena (Shift + at the entry time.
You cannot enter the arena while under a debuff, such as when forcibly awaiting trial, participating in a trial, being a prisoner, carrying a trade pack, etc.
You may still participate in the arena once you're out of entries.
However, you will not earn Instance Rewards while all results will still be included in your ranking.
You can reset your daily entries up to the number of times shown.

Elements of the Arena: Supplies

Large Shipwrecks are scattered around all areas.
- Players can acquire a variety of helpful effects and consumables upon acquiring supplies.
There are 4 levels of supplies: Standard, Advanced, Relic, and Legendary. How you acquire them and their effects differ according to these levels.
You can distinguish them with their colors. Earn XP to upgrade the clippers and select a Special Skill.
Supplies
- Earns 100 Ship XP.
- Can acquire a large quantity of supplies with the Ship Skill within a determined scope.
Advanced Supplies
- Earns 200 Ship XP.
- Produces 1 Special Skill option.
Relic Supplies
- Earns 300 Ship XP.
- Produces 2 Special Skill options.
- Acquires Naval Commendation x1.
Legendary Supplies
- Earns 500 Ship XP.
- Produces 3 Special Skill options.
- Acquires Naval Commendation x2.
Lucky Supplies
- You can rarely find this supply.
- You might get unexpectedly lucky upon its acquisition.
- A Large Shipwreck contains supplies of a max. of Legendary grade.

Arena Progression

Waiting Time
- The battle starts 60 seconds after the waiting queue is over.
- Once the waiting time is over, Raging Bubble Trap is removed and you can acquire Ezi's Divine Protection that allows you to summon clippers.
  - Find the right place for a battle in which you can make use of the clippers' high speed.
Battle Clipper
- You can summon a battle clipper at your desired location within 2 minutes after the waiting time is over.
- One of two battle clippers of different appearances will be randomly summoned (their performance is the same).
- You cannot get off the clipper or cancel summoning the clipper upon boarding a battle clipper.
Death / Return
- Dying in the Arena will not decrease your XP or Durability.
- Dying is counted as a defeat. Once you're dead, you can leave the Arena.
Winning Condition
- The top 10 in the Arena will be considered the winners.
Rules
- Certain items such as Teleport Scrolls cannot be used.
- You can use Mounts, Battle Pets, Steamtanks, and Machines.
- You can only use the clippers provided by the Arena.

Arena Rewards

Participation Reward
- You can get Kyrios Badges according to your rank at the end of the Arena match.
- You can get 5 Kyrios Badges for every enemy clipper you destroy.
- Rewards are sent to your Mailbox after the Arena ends.

Storm Tsunami	Enhances the skill Kraken's Tsunami. Creates Water Column that spread to nearby regions and has a chance to summon a tornado. Also enhances the skill to additionally inflict Electric Shock and Electric Blast. Summon Lusca	Summons 2 Luscas. Luscas can only be damaged with melee attacks. Faction with the highest damage dealt will be able to interact with Lusca's Fragment upon defeating them. Players who interact with Lusca's Fragment receive the Purifying Ember effect, which increases swim speed and detonates the ember after 10 seconds. The ember explosion deals high damage to the Abyssal Kraken, so it is important to quickly swim quickly and detonate the ember near the Abyssal Kraken.

Fiend's Knell
- Decreased the fiend's Health decrease to 3%.
- The target consumes additional Mana equal to 1–2% of the target's Max Mana when attacked by the fiend.
Dahuta's Breath
- Decreased the Attack Speed of the target hit by Dahuta's Breath to 80 and Move Speed by 10% for 4 sec. (Slow granted)
Dahuta's Breath: Mist
- Decreased the Attack Speed of the target hit by Dahuta's Breath to 80 and Move Speed by 10% for 4 sec. (Slow granted)

Battlerage

Terrifying Roar
- Decreased the skill effect duration for the caster buff, enemy debuff, and the 8 status effect extension effect by 5% for all levels (decreased from 35% to 30% at level 55).
Triple Slash: Quake
- Increased Mana cost from 12 to 20 (based on Leather Armor).
- Decreased the third hit damage of Triple Slash: Quake from 20% to 15%.
Sunder Earth
- Decreased the Received Damage decrease effect of Sunder Earth from 30% to 25%.

Gunslinger

Corrosive Barrage
- Decreased the duration of Corrosion from 17 sec to 10 sec.
- Added 10% additional damage combo to Discord enemies.
Corrosive Barrage: Stone
- Decreased the duration of Stone Corrosion from 17 sec to 10 sec.
- Added 10% additional damage combo to Discord enemies.
- Added description to Concussive Arrow of Archery that Bloodthirst Shock is applied upon hit.

Improved the Cracking Eggs quest (daily quest for Ipnya Ridge).
- This quest will now automatically be completed once you complete the quest condition.
Changed the "Akasch Invasion" to take place twice a week instead of 3 times a week.
- Removed Monday from Akasch Invasion schedule. (Sparkle: question: should we move Akasch Invasion or Guardian Scramble a bit on Saturday, as they are too close to each other? If yes, what are we moving that day?)
- Adjusted the content rewards as below based on Akasch Invasion's schedule compression:
  - Increased the victory reward from 10 to 12, defeat reward from 3 to 4, and daily quest reward by 1–2.
The Akasch Faction Score will no longer increase if you die while Rebirth Trauma is active during the Akasch Invasion.
- To prevent players from disrupting the game by disabling equipment and dying on purpose during the Akasch Invasion to increase the Akasch Faction Score, it was changed so that the Akasch Faction Score does not increase when you die while Rebirth Trauma is active.
You can now purchase "Akasch Token Crate of Honor" from the Honor Shop.
- This item costs 2,000 Honor Points and can be purchased once per day. Open it to receive a fixed quantity of 15 "Akasch Tokens."
Improved the speed for opening "Akasch Token Crates."
- Removed the cooldown of "Akasch Token Crates" and decreased their cast time to 0.5 sec.

Adjusted the limitation in the number of participants allowed to enter the Garden per faction to 200.
The raid time for the Garden of the Gods was changed.
- The schedule for the Garden of the Gods was changed in units of 4 hours (previously was 2 hours).
  - Changed the previous 2 hour cycle (10 min conflict period / 50 min war period / 60 min peace period) to a 4 hour cycle (10 min conflict period / 110 min war period / 120 min peace period).
  - Salazar still does not spawn for 24 hours after being defeated, but due to the schedule change, Salazar will have a chance to spawn during the war period (every 4 hours). Anthalon's spawn time will remain unchanged.
  - When you defeat raid monsters, you can now obtain the new item, Radiant World Boss Chest, which guarantees 2 Evenglow Lunarite items along with a chance to give you a Boss Infusion.
- The content schedule for the Garden of the Gods area was improved.
  - The Conflict/War time for the Garden of the Gods area was changed to 03:00 am / 07:00 am / 11:00 am / 03:00 pm / 07:00 pm / 11:00 pm server time (EST).
  - Due to this schedule change, were also adjusted the spawn times for Salazar and Anthalon.
    - Anthalon spawn time changed to Mon/Fri/Sun 9:30 pm server time (EST). (Edit: Time updated, see Custom Updates part of the patch notes)
The background for the Celestia area at Garden of the Gods was improved.
- The color of the grounds on the Celestia area was darkened.
Improved the Garden of the Gods Teleport Stone.
- To improve upon the inconvenience of carrying 4 stones (or 3 depending on usage) for the Garden of the Gods, they were combined into 1 stone, which can be used to travel to all 4 locations.
- The previous 4 stones will no longer be available and will be replaced by the new stone.
- Moreover, you can change the old stones into the new travel stone at the Salvage Forge of Mirage Isle in bulks of 10, 50, and 100.
You will now return to the "Gate of Seasons" when moving to the Gatekeeper Hall from the Garden of the Gods area, which will facilitate your Garden Daily Quest completion, moving to other areas, etc. However, when entering the "Gatekeeper Hall" from the Navel of the World, you will return to the same location as before.

It will now be easier to know which faction strikes first during raids.
- The HP gauge will appear in a darker color for the faction that did not attack first.
The Mobilization Order Hero Mission was improved.
- The Mobilization Order missions was changed from 100 to 50 missions.
Further improvements were implemented for the Faction change system and Hero system.
- The daily Cumulative Leadership points obtainable per character through Reputation was adjusted from 50 to 10 points. The daily limit of how many times the characters can get the points will remain at 10 times.
- Changed the "Previous Leadership" of voter criteria and evaluation criteria from 250 to 500 points.
Changed the "Earning Leadership" required for obtaining rewards:

The accepted range for Party Duel requests were increased.
- The acceptable range was increased from 50m to 100m.

The available number of times you can activate the Hero Respawn Spot per week was cut down to half.

The two weekly quests for Ipnya Ridge (Hostile Wildlife, Abyssal Nuisances) will be discontinued and replaced with one new weekly quest "Intelligent Animals and Member of the Abyssal Legion": Defeat 100 monsters of any type in the Ipnya Ridge area to complete the quest.

- The previous item, Dahuta's Bubble, allowed you to breathe underwater for 45 min, but the new Tear of Dahuta effect will allow you to breathe underwater for 30 min and will disappear upon death. The cooldown will remain the same.

Improved the breathing condition of some races at water surfaces.
- This is to improve the case where some races (Warborn, Firran) had instances where they were considered under water even when at surface level, making it difficult for them to use gliders and other inconveniences.
Tweaked the difficulty of "Corrupted Risopoda" at the Mysthrane Gorge.
- "Corrupted Risopoda" was intended to be played by moving around using vehicles, but the use of steamtanks in a stationary position prevented this from happening. To improve upon this, some skills used by the Light Orb summoned by the Risopoda will be changed to Siege Damage and have their damage increased.
Added a Training Scarecrow Furniture which allows DPS check. A new item is called "Training Wooden Doll Summoning Cushion".

Dimensional Boundary Defense Raid

The Akasch tried to force their way back to this world, but were stopped in their tracks by adventurers. However, their attempt weakened the seal. Realizing this, the Akasch focused the power of the abyss to the dimension and awaited the next chance of opening.
Their chance came earlier than they expected. The power of the abyss poured in to break the seal slowly seeped into the space between the dimensions and finally opened a passage. The opening was discovered at the hereafter of Goddess Nui.
The Akasch queen sent her forces through the passage. Detecting the invasion, the Ipnysh Wardens gathered adventurers to the hereafter to defend their world once more.
However, they soon realize the invasion can only be stopped by closing the passage. Lauryla leads the research into closing the dimensional crack.
The clue came from the Akasch themselves. Based on the research of the Voidbreaker, they constructed the Dimensional Ward Repair Device, which counteracts the power of the abyss.
Dimensional Fragments obtained from the Akasch can be used to fuel the device to close the dimensional crack.

Dimensional Boundary Defense Raid is where you compete with other guilds.
You enter as a guild party of 4 and there are no Equipment Points and level limits.
It is PvE based with PvP elements via invasion into the enemy area.

At the start of the defense, all participants are gathered in front of Nui's Sanctum and are sent to each of their bases.
- Parties will be designated to either Red or Blue Team.
The Crimson Watch Quartermaster at the base will give buffs depending on your class.
- Crimson Watch Quartermaster are located at the base and at the entrance of the dimensional passage.
Dimensional Fragment:
- Dimensional Fragment is the key resource of the defense.
- They are dropped from defeating monsters. Drop them off at the Dimensional Ward Repair Device, which will award your guild with points.
- Defeat enemies and restore the repair device faster than the enemy team.
Dimensional Ward Repair Device:
- Akasch monsters will appear at various locations of the region and will drop Dimensional Fragments upon defeat.
- Dimensional Fragments are used to repair the Dimensional Ward Repair Device. 1 fragment equals 1 point.
- Dimensional Fragment are used in units of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, depending on the amount held by the character.
The Altar:
- Lauryla found a way to use the Dimensional Fragment from the Akasch to use their altar against them.
- Use Dimensional Fragments at the Akasch Counter-dimension Altar to easily take care of enemies near the Dimensional Ward Repair Device.
Akasch Counter-dimension Altar
- The Akasch Counter-dimension Altar is always activated.
- Use 5 Dimensional Fragments to easily take care of enemies near the Dimensional Ward Repair Device.
Akasch Counter-legion Altar:
- When the Akasch boss appears, the Akasch Counter-legion Altar becomes activated.
- Use Dimensional Fragments to summon the Magic Support Cannon, which will fire at the boss.
Dimensional Passage:
- When a team reaches certain number of Dimensional Fragments, a portal to the other team's area is activated.
- Players entering this portal will receive buffs and special skills to distract and prevent the other team from gathering Dimensional Fragments.
Participation Rewards:
- Kyrios Badge and Honor Points rewarded for Victory, Defeat, and Draw.
Guild Rank Rewards:
- Guild Prestige is rewarded based on the rank of guilds participating in the defense

Cloak Of The Great Hero

The cloak can be obtained as a reward for holding a Hero position within at least 12 months, not necessarily consecutively.
More details about it and other rewards Heroes receive can be found here: [LINK]
The cloak is improved and reworked to provide players more options for customization.
Players who already have the cloak can either keep their existing cloak or exchange it to a new one on the Heroes Alley.
Now cloak comes as a wrapped bound item. You can unwrap it and choose one of 4 cloaks based on their appearance.

All cloaks have the same stats pool. With a cloak player will get 5 Heroes Serendipity Stones. Stones will let you choose 5 stats.
You build the stats yourself from the table. You can’t have 2 same stats even if you see them repeat in the table.

You can always exchange your cloak to the different one on the Heroes Alley. That will let you modify its appearance and stats.

Dream Ring and Hiram Ring questlines reset

UI Customization:

- It allows you to customize interface: images, icons, colors, etc.
