Dear ArcheRagers!
We are glad to inform you that currently we are actively working on 9.5 “Expand and Balance” global update.

In this thread you can share your thoughts on the update as well as provide the ideas and suggestions you have.
You can find 9.5 global update patch notes HERE.

Note: custom part of the patch notes hasn’t been included into the patch notes yet. Custom updates will be posted a bit later!

Estimate release date: end of May - beginning of June

This thread will remain open until 9.5 release, so you can use it for any discussion related to this global update.

the below is not an arena shop item at, but at general merch:

also I noticed a form of extraction alembic in the manastorm shop, while rn it costs a few silver at the general merchant.

Please keep these two items in the general merchant store as they are, no need to make it expensive for people to change cosmetics.




Also I believe the below info is inaccurate, didn't this fishing get removed a long time ago?

For all us vocation questers out there, do not add the below change.

Nearly every powerstone buff effect only lasts for a couple seconds, making this change redundant.

Only the 3 pets have a buff that lasts an hour and it's a completely wasted investment if the countdown continues after we port to deliver quests which removes our +15% vocation buff as taking any port despawns the pet...

The 3 pets are:
- Farmer Hedgie
- Butler Hedgie
- Chef Hedgie

For reference, I go through 3-5 loading screens every day to pick up and deliver various vocation quests. There is no way to deliver them all at once without porting, and forcing people to wait for 90 seconds after every port affects the time we have for other vocation buffs, e.g. the 30min one, in which we also sail to the other continent to deliver the family pack.

Do not remove these items, these are one of the very last few options to grind starlight archeum. Keep in the game for the sake of people awakening their Erenor gear... So many are now crafting their sets and upgrading them these days....



Do not remove the drops from these mobs, there are few enough spots to grind mobs as it is and the server pop is so high now too...

For the love of the playerbase, do not add restrictions to these items. Do not make the serendipity stone bound and do not make it a weekly limited item. This is one of the few things new players / players without land can sell to make gold.



Right now we have a 4k labor cap on Farmhand and we can add 3k labor without penalty. Considering the labor cap is increased to 5k, can the penalty start after adding 4k labor? This would benefit a lot of people as many depend on farmhand during these high server pop times.

Applied weekly purchase restrictions to "Bound Serendipity Stone" and "Bound Worn Costume," available at the Honor Point Shop.


This was not well received on live service. If you can reassess this change and change the limit / remove it entirely.
 
Will the existing rating be maintained when creating a RefinedErenor?

Gearscore will of course increase
Awakening to Refined Erenor has the same conditions as any of other awakening. All Stats, Images, Socketed Gems and exp are preserved. The normal scroll has a chance to lose up to 2 temper points on success with an improved scroll that removes the potential temper loss

EX) Brilliant Erenor [eternal] -> Refined Erenor [eternal] ??
 
Please do not add purchase restrictions to the honor shop serendipity stone. It is one of the few easier ways for new players or those without access to other means of gold making, to make a decent sum. I can only view adding restrictions to this as a negative change.

So you didn't say grade was preserved, just EXP and Stats, Images, Gems.

This is concerning, because on release of this patch on live Eternal t3 erenors (with low xp) awakened to t4 went back down to mythic from eternal until a follow-up patch was added by Kakao to not require additional EXP input to restore eternal grade once they realized how upset players were about this change. You're going to get major pushback from the community if you implement this as is without the patch. You're also going to get major pushback if you don't carry forward the 30% EXP requirement nerfs for T4 erenor.

T3 eternal with low xp went down to t4 mythic ~20% and you needed like 50-60k more mythic exp to get it back into eternal.

This follow up patch should 100% be added to the initial release of 9.5 you have planned.

Correct. As the exp requirement was raised on both Mythic and Eternal for T4 until they applied a balance patch right after to remove the extra on mythic and apply it to eternal reverting everyones equipment back.

I did not specify if grade will be preserved or not as It is not decided yet to include said balance patch or not. Or include our custom 30% exp reduction as well.
 
Can we not remove arena instruments, but change them to be gotten with a different game currency? There is lots of people that still want the kyrios instruments and i don't see it fair to take the only way to obtain them, out of the game.. I am sure there is many others that would agree with me on this because you got to think. Taking those instruments away is what killed music on live, and I don't want to see that happen here, for the ones that are new to the server, working on artistry or have been working at getting them for a long time. Changing them to be bought out of the marketplace for credits would be a good way to keep them too! there is so many ways you can make this work. Please do not kill the artistry community by removing them, it did not work out well on live and wont be a good change for ArcheRage.

I don't have a strong opinion on this, but other players might:

Added a condition for using "Change to Siege Mode" for Wheeled Mortar/Fire Ironclad/Ironclad. It can only be used while a Siege is in progress or at the "Mysthrane Gorge" region.
