Can't log in

I made an account and tried to log in. It won't let me do so.

I've tried multiple times and know that I'm entering the correct password and userID.

What happens is this:

- the launcher starts from the desktop
- I enter my userid (email) and password
- the screen goes blank for a second, and then the Archerage logo appears in green flames (nice effect!

- it errors out with 'authentication failed'

- when I restart the launcher, my userid hasn't changed but the password area is filled to about 20 or so characters in length?

Hi!

If you get a verification error, that means you entered incorrect login or password. From your screenshot I can see that in login area you enter your e-mail, but you need to enter your account name there.
