Certing p2w treehouses

I can find no way to cert a p2w treehouse, yet some folks in faction chat insist it's possible. Seems hinky to me. Is there a legit way to do it?

From what I've heard in faction chat, you have to first do a demo kit, then place it back, then you can cert it.

Hm, sounds hinky, as well as costly. 12 certs. I'd like to hear from a moderator if this works and isn't considered an exploit/glitch?

It does work, that's how people cert their tree houses.
Full-Kit Demolition for 12 titles, then another 3 to put it up for sale.

FYI: If you plan on doing it, keep in mind that the tree house has 100k HP, so you'll have to DPS it for a while if alone. If you have a siege tank, I believe it's a 1 shot kill.

Can confirm, I bought my treehouse certed in exactly this way.

This is 100% correct and has worked since the beginning of the server. Once it has been converted via Full-kit, it can be certed over and over again.
