Hello, it states that the lowest value is 70% in the guide. That is not quite right, I believe the lowest point is 50%. The guild I am in regularly does the Halcy -> 2C Fert packs on Saturday for the loyalty points and we gutter the price to 50% and can't get it lower than that.

Maybe it differs per pack but I've never seen it in the commerce info ui (shift + o), but for cargo it for sure doesn't go lower.
