Connectivity issue on Na?

Is server up yet? I was trying to open it to play for quite a while. The lines on the poem go white, it launches, I see the trion worlds logo, goes so far as cryengine and then in a flash, it quits. no message, nothing. it just........stops. and i'm back to my home-screen.

Server is up and running for long time already.

Close the game, reinstall your DX9 (can be instaled from HERE), make sure your drivers are up to date and start the launcher after. Press Repair button at your launcher and after repair process comes to an end, press Play.

If issue remains, reinstall using Torrent option.
