Custom 3D Models via Community Creation Contests

Now that the server has it's first custom event, the Hasla Zombie Apocalypse, it'd be nice to see some custom models as well AFTER the event has been appropriately balanced and adjusted. But @Sparkle has previously said that the dev team does not have a 3D Designer, as you can see in this post:

Do they have the ability to model and add custom items ? - Modeling and making custom items is the tasks of 3D Designers, not the Developers. As for now, we don't have 3D Designers in our Team.

What if the task of creating and rigging 3D models was lent out to the community through contests similar to the ones we've had already? We have a variety of people from all walks of life playing this game, and surely some of them are talented in 3D modeling.

To the dev team: Is this something that's feasible to do? It seems like it should be just a matter of proper rigging and then model swapping, but none of us are really sure what is actually possible on the custom content end of things.

TBH many people playing this server probs have a long line of gaming modding experience, the staff here should utilize it and introduce custom material designed by players .......... Sure everyone loves Archeage, but 90% of people hate 2x more things than they love. This is the chance to get players themselves to add things that they actually like. I dont know many people who do not enjoy modded content for their favourite games.

It would also go a long way to making the server unique. As it stands, its a Trion server with free patron (and 4x labour)
