A friend and I were able to open all these chest pretty much back after back...Is this a bug or are they intended to be like this? We have all of the items but not sure if were allowed to even use them yet. Would like some insight here if possible >.<

At first only some players could open all 15 chests back to back, but the 75 minute downtime yesterday changed it so that everyone can do it. There's a ton of important goodies in there, I hope everyone notices they're all openable.
