decor limit increase

I can't figure out where this question should go........

Can u use more than 1 decor limit increase on the same building?

I'm trying to build up on a 16x16, but making a new floor w/ partition takes up a lot of the decor limit.
I got the place from another player (didn't build it myself)
I didn't know the increase was done once already.

Can i increase it again, or am i stuck w/ it as is?

... forgot to mention it's "Raised".
Why doesn't the decor limit increase when it's larger?

I'm so confused.

you can only apply one decor limit increase per property.
