Disconnecting during a cutscene and a quest dialogue

For some reason there's some point during my playthrough of the game having a disconnected issue during a cutscene, and a quest dialogue.

It's quite annoying and when trying to log back in it gave me a double log in issue meaning my current login was still active and I have to wait some time to deactivate that login.

It is quite frustrating and annoying when playing and encountering that issue during a good quest run
 
Game needs some time to properly log the character out. As you crashed from the game, character still needed some time to complete the logout process. Due to it as you tried to login right away, game showed you duplicate login as system was reading your character as still active in game. In such a case you need to wait for 5-10 minutes and will be able to login after.
 
Disconnects are often caused by the internet instability as well as many other factors. It's not possible to completely remove the possibility of them to happen.
