Essentially my script for the video guide, but maybe someone out there will prefer this format. 
First things first, I'd recommend collecting these items before making your way there. An assorted ribs, 10 lilies, 10 lavender, and 10 narcissus. These will be used in quests later on!
Now, find a Mirage Worldgate and step through.
[One-time ever]
Fiona - "Time to celebrate!"
Move down the stairs and find the girl in the bunny outfit. This is Fiona and she will give you the quest "Time to celebrate!". This quest can only ever be done once. She will tell you to find her sister Bella at the easter house. Bella is also wearing a bunny outfit. Bella says you should take a break and partake in the planned events, egg hunting, dancing, a feast, and more. Finishing this quest will give you 1 "Easter Eggs Basket".

Dominik - "Hide and Seek"
Up the stairs, in front of the easter house is Dominik, and he will give you the quest "Hide and Seek", which can only be done once. He'll tell you that guests who can really prove their love for Easter may get a gift! He says in every location of the Nuia and Haranya continents, during this event, easter bunnies hide. We must find 5 of them! Confirmed locations to find the bunnies are around Sanddeep Community Center, Cinderstone Community Center, Karkasse Community Center, Windscour Community Center, Crescent of Thrones, and the Royal Palace in Villanelle. There wont always be one up at a single location, so you will have to teleport around until you find enough bunnies, but hopefully this small amount of confirmed locations helps. Once you find 5 bunnies, talk to Dominik again. Finishing this quest will reward you with 5 easter eggs baskets and a Basket full of gifts.

20 Gilda Stars
10 Merit Badges
10 Loyalty
A random set of 5 Sodas (Orange, Grape, Lemon)
5 Bound Elixir of Insatiable Greeds
1 Easter Addicted's Token
1 Random Bunny Live Figurine (Brown, Pink, Grey, White)

Lila - "Paints and Lottery!"
Near the fountain, you will find "Lila". Talking to her will give you the daily quest "Paints and Lottery!". She'll ask if you want to participate in the event lottery and explain the conditions. We must mix the paint, paint any large egg in the yard, and then we may take a ticket from the lottery machine.
Next to Lila is the Easter Lottery Case, and this looks like Gudetama, or a cracked egg. We'll use this machine to make the paint. Under "Quests", select Magic Paint, and use 10 Lilies, 10 Lavender, and 10 Narcissus to craft it. Find one of the large eggs that are scattered around and interact with it to paint it.
Now we are allowed to use the lottery machine, located next to Lila. Go up to it and twist the knob to receive a random numbered ticket.
Take your ticket back to the Easter Lottery Case to craft your prize. These are your possible prizes.

Chef Melidan - "Holiday Treat"
Move over to the feast table and talk to Chef Melidan to take the daily quest "Holiday Treat".
She'll ask you if you want to share the feast table and celebrate, and of course we do! Well.. the table needs dishes first, and Assorted Ribs will be just fine! Aaand if the table is already full, then we may help ourselves!
If the table needs dishes, interact with the shelf behind the table to donate Assorted Ribs. If the table doesn't need dishes, then interact with the same shelf to eat some food. Doing either of these things will complete the quest and give you 1 Easter Eggs Basket.

Angela - "Easter Delivery"
Moving into the house, talk to Angela in the back near the stairs to get the daily quest, "Easter Delivery". She'll ask if you celebrate Easter as well! She noticed on one of her walks that the guards seem sad and probably want to celebrate with everyone as well. She asked them to join, but they refused, explaining that they can't leave their posts. Angela decided to prepare treats for them to hopefully cheer them up and asks us to deliver them.
We will be given a pack. If we go to the stables, we can pick up a bunny from the Bunny Seller. This will allow us to zoom to the guards with no hesitation! Take the pack to Captain Kelly and Guard Tom, then go back to Angela to receive 2 Easter Eggs Baskets.

Dana - "Easter Trials"
On the top floor of the house, you will find Dana. She will give you the daily quest "Easter Trials". She'll explain that she has an urgent case. She is a glider engineer and for the last few years she's been developing a prototype of a glider made of ultralight materials using magical flow. It seems she's finally finished the glider and is ready to test it. She'd do it herself, but she's afraid of heights. Of course, we're daring enough to test it out for her.
Use the "Mirage Pass: Flying Platform" to teleport onto an airship. While up there, take the glider and launch into the direction of the targets on the map. This glider is special, and has automatic ascension when pressing down and descension when pressing up. You can also use its skill "Glider Acceleration" for an infinite speed boost, and "Glider Nitro" for a short speed boost and a leap in ascension.
Go back to Dana to receive 2 Easter Eggs Baskets.

Eric - "Eggs Hunt!"
On the second floor of the house, talk to Eric to get the daily quest, "Eggs Hunt!". Eric will tell you about the Elven tradition of Easter hunting. They don't hunt animals or enemies, they hunt eggs! Whoever has the most eggs wins. The Merchants Guild has funded the event to happen on Mirage Isle, so that gives us to opportunity to take part.
This quest takes place at 1, 6, and 11PM EST, and will last 10 minutes whenever it's up.
In order to collect eggs, you must purchase a bunny from the stables and use its ability "Take the egg" when facing a golden egg, then simply interact with it to collect it. Golden eggs may appear on a cloud and are various sizes. They can be found on the perimeter of the northern half of the island. To complete the quest, find three eggs and you will receive 1 Easter Eggs basket. The quest will auto-complete, but you will still want to find more eggs. You can turn in extra eggs for treats from the festival gift exchanger. You can collect eggs every time this event is up, even if you don't have the quest.
The possible rewards with golden eggs are:
A chocolate egg, green chocolate egg, yellow chocolate egg, purple chocolate egg, blue chocolate egg, small orange chocolate egg, big orange chocolate egg, giant orange chocolate egg, winged elixir, and earth elixirs.
