Added “Email Change” service!

Important!
  • There are a number of strict rules and conditions in place to ensure the safety of accounts and their owners.​
  • Email Change request may be rejected.​
  • Email Change request should be submitted through the Account Panel. Choose category “Email Change”.​
  • Email Change request processing takes up to 2 weeks instead of regular 24-48 hours.​
  • Email can be changed only ONCE per account.​
  • Accounts with changed emails can’t transfer characters from the account for 1 year. Characters to the account can be transferred with no limit as always.​

Conditions:
  1. Email can be changed ONLY for old accounts that by some reason can’t access their email:​
    • email no longer exists​
    • email inactive/access can’t be restored​
  2. Be ready that during the review and verification process you may be asked for the following information:​
    • your account’s previous access locations.​
    • information about your previous transactions (in case you had donations on your account).​
    • we may also request other information at our discretion.​
  3. Service cost – 2000 credits. This amount will be removed from your account at the moment we start the account review and verification process. Therefore, make sure that this amount is in your account when you submit a request.​
    • Note: This is the review and verification service cost. Your email change request may still be rejected.​
