Endless Arrows V3?

I personally feel, and have always felt, that Endless Arrows was a waste of a skill point. My base attack, especially if I have Battle Hymn running, is just about the same speed.

No noticable change with the "Click-to-Move/Auto-Move to Skill Range" setting enabled

idk how others but for me I think it's just perfect now. with my range of ping from 140 to 400 it now looks pretty nice and stable
