The "can't install the game" error isn't covered in the "known issues" post so I figured I'd make one to let people know.
If you're getting this beautiful error:

Your issue is that you already have the RU version installed. Fear not, it's an easy-to-fix problem.
First, locate your ArcheRage.to folder and rename it to whatever you want.
Second, go to control panel and programs. Uninstall ArcheRage.to. Don't worry, it will not uninstall your old client. It'll merely uninstall the installation files needed to launch the installation (the .msi stuff). It's what you need to clear to make way for the NA client installation.
That's it. Then you're free to have both clients.
