Game Error

Everytime I try to open the game I get an error saying failed to load game data

I'm using Windows 10
I use eset antivirus.

I did the direct client download twice but was getting a bunch of dll errors. So after that didn't work, I took my boyfriends external hard drive, copied his working version and put it on my computer, i'm still getting the errors but its a different one...Failed to load game data

Hi Guys!

Please try to delete folder C:\ArcheAge\Documents. Press ctrl+A -> delete.
Delete your video driver, download new one from official website, install it and reboot your computer.

Please start launcher. We had it updated so you'll need to wait for it to get updated on your side. After that please re-start it and try. Please let me know if that worked.
