Puzzle King "Jigsoo" has invited all visitors of the Mirage Isle to his floating block.
You must clear Jigsoo's puzzles and survive to the last!

To reach Jigsoo's Puzzle Block (Invitation 1F Stage) visit Mirage Isle and use Worldgates you find there right next to the Jigsoo's Coin Exchanger.

After reaching Jigsoo Invitation 1F Stage talk to Jigsoo's Minion Soo.
She will provide you with the daily quest "Let the Game Begin".
You can complete the mission by passing the puzzle at least 25 times and then by talking to Soo to complete the mission.

Event will start on the Floating Block Island (2nd floor) 6 times a day: 12:00 am, 06:00 am, 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm server time.

3 types of puzzles will start, and you must move the block following Puzzle King Jigsoo's World Messages.
Jigsoo's Puzzle will run in the following order: Color Puzzle (24 times), Bomb Puzzle (45 times), Number Puzzle (16 times). Each time you clear a puzzle, a Buff Effect will stack.

If you fall, you can either try again or abandon the quest and select a quest reward.
- Try again: If you fall to the 1st floor, you can go back to the 2nd floor through the "Worldgate: To the Puzzles" (unlimited times).
- Abandon Quest: Complete the current quest by talking to Jigsoo's Minion Soo, who will be nearby, then exit.
When the event ends, you can get your quest rewards from Jigsoo's Minion Soo, who will appear on the Floating Block Island.

Note:
- When you enter the 2nd floor, the "Stepped on a Block!" effect will prevent you from using skills.
- You cannot summon anything in the event area. You also cannot use any skills excluding event-related skills.

Don't forget to use Worldgate: To the Puzzles to reach 2nd floor to participate in the event.

You can complete the mission by passing the puzzle at least 25 times

25 times? Isn't that a bit excessive? Or are we expected to participate in multiple of the timed events every day again, same as last event, considering the nature of repeatable quests?

How long does one timed event last; an entire hour, 10 minutes, or something else?

There's writing about failing and trying again but then also reading the completing it 25x just doesn't sit right.

Edit: I just remembered how previous mirage events blocked mirage from being used cuz it was overcrowded. Was that taken into account as well?

During the Color Puzzle phase, there were 3 times in a row that I had a yellow mark over my head and stood on a yellow tile, but never got petrified and fell through to the first floor. Only had this issue with Yellow. Did anyone else find something like this, or was my game going individually colorblind/artifacting?

There's a little gap between the time game stops counting success and an explosion. Most likely you were just half a second late, that's why it didn't count success for you and you fell down..

25 times is not excessive. You can have up to 85 times (91+ puzzles) during 1 event (there are 6 events a day).
You can understand it better if you try the event yourself.

oh right right right right right, that'll be a me issue with my stupid lag. I'll just run faster next time.
Thanks!

Yea had something else in mind with "puzzles" lol it's just following directions up to 90x, thankfully.

that's why it didn't count success for you and you fell down..

Phase 1 and 3 are buggy. Will do a full recording next time/tomorrow.

Phase 1 bug: you're on the correct colour and you get petrified, but it will still say you are wrong.

Phase 3 bug: you're on the box plate first, but you don't count for the first 3, 4, or 6 on the box and you get thrown off for being "too many".

Happens 2-3 times per round for me.

Can confirm that I noticed the exact same things, but I just did it for the first time so I was confused and initially thought it was lag or that I was doing something wrong.

edit: Second phase seemed completely fine. - according to recent in-game sources things happen to people in second phase too

Just have fun! It is a fun event and sure, it may glitch out a bit, but just roll with it.

My only request is to up the prize pool next time with some more decor type items or outfits to attract more players. Most I have heard are just going for the labor pot.

I assume every time you're on a safe block, this message is supposed to pop up and give you +1 stack. But during the first stage of the second puzzle (the bombs), even though I was definitely on a safe block, it would only trigger occasionally instead of every time, so I missed some stacks.

I stand corrected, round 2 is buggy as well.

Did not manage to get the round 1 bugs recorded today as my colours kept spawning in narnia so i couldn't make it 🤣

Round 3 bug I saw happen once but not to me, to the player Kake instead.
Round 2 bug is: standing on the correct tile but not getting a stack, happened many times. I assume I missed this happening the initial rounds I did yesterday.

Do you not wish for a pavilion for your action figures?

Got the round 1 bug twice and a lot of round 2 bugs, sadly I dc'd halfway the event. Will try post round 3 bug tomorrow I suppose.

Edit: can the npc pls stay longer after the event? I couldn't load back into mirage after the dc because it was too full, and missed being able to do the repeatable quest due to that.

No phase 3 bugs for me today, and avoided the phase 2 bug by walking around the bord instead of staying on one side. Maybe that helps other people finish their achievement! o/

Work Arounds!
for phase 1 and 3, it seems like getting to a spot too quickly causes more problems than getting there late!

In phase 1, if you get to a spot too early, you may possibly not get stoned at all, in which case, just keep running to another spot or go for safety.
It is also possible to get stoned too early, so that you've become unstoned by the time the floor drops out and you fall despite being on the right spot

In phase 3, make sure you have the little number sign over your head. If you get there early but dont get that sign, you will get kicked out when other ppl fill it. Just step out of the square and back in til you get the number over your head. You can also disregard the number of ppl actually standing on the square. So long as there is no purple cage around it, you may be able to enter. I have seen squares asking for 3 people with 4-6 ppl standing in them (will try to get pics of that today. its really funny) and they all stay safe and get the points

Phase 2 was pointed out to me by Zerax yesterday... you dont get points if you stay on the same safe square. You must move to another tile to get the points. Again, it glitches and you dont always get the points even if you move, but you definitely dont get them if you dont move.

Hope that helps for now, while the kinks get sorted out of the event from the dev side.

Doesn't matter, already had tested this yesterday.

Thank you for the info. We are looking into the issues and all required fixes will be applied with the next server maintenance.
