Game open and freezes the entire computer

Hello I'm having a big problem to play the game, I open my client, enter my username and my password, press play, the client closes and opens the loading screen to open the game, loading freezes on the second or third word, a few seconds later the entire computer freezes, the mouse stops work and the keyboard too. I had this same problem in the past the last time I installed the game but I don't remember how to fix it.

I allready tried to repair and to unistall and install again. My firewall is disable, but nothing work.

Afaik if the splash screen stops at third word, you have to reinstall. I'm not familiar with it also freezing someone's computer though...

i have the same issue, can you say what was your fix?

i had a some other issue but also on the third word, the document ordner was locked from windows and protected after i moved it to a other partion the game worked well again

I just downloaded the game as. Returning player and got this. I downloaded it through the client.

Check your game_pak file. It should be roughly 45gb.
If it isn't delete it and run repair
