Guild Flares - unhealthy mechanic

As in the title. After playing years and looking at current bosses and contesing methods we can easly notice that guild flares do more bad than good. They making won battles irrelevant and extending boss fights to hours and making them imposible to kill.

1. Kraken, one group win battle, if one person run away it will flare entire guild in seconds making that battle irrelevant and creating situation where bosses are imposible to kill.
2. Thunderwing, flares left and right just to block building tower or summoning all on the top of island to kill ppl that use portal. mainly keeping one person on islands without much effor summoning entire guild.
3. Preventing multiple bosses to be killed at same time. When guild is doing one boss they keep 1 character on second boss with flare ready.

Solution ? Remove guild flares from game.
 
If you think flares are bad let me tell you what happens with heroes in later patches... if you thought these flares were bad you’ll start crying over this.
