I know there's a way to get the _Ipnya Ridge Teleport Scroll_ w/out going thru the whole akasch questline.
I just can't remember how to start it. It was something you could do w/ low ancestors Level.
I found something (A New Precious) for the east faction from the akasch merchant, but can't find the 1 for western.
(my char is an elf)
Is there an akasch merchant in western continent that gives something like this?
I'm just trying to get a port (from scroll or player who can open a gate) up to Ethereal Haven.
Can anyone help w/ this?
