i finish downloading the game after its done it stuck on unpacking files i restart the launcher it start downloading again 80 MB file after it reach 15 MB it stuck again i restart the launcher and my PC now when i open the launcher it start downloading the hole game again is there's anything can i do ?

Looks like your anti-virus or windows defender intruding the game files and removing or quarantining some of them, not letting the installation to complete.
In such a case, you'll need to add some files to exceptions:
- game folder
- launcher.exe
- archeage.exe

After it, remove file client.version and start launcher again.
