Is the plant growth buffed?

I just noticed this, I can harvest my baobab twice in a day. Am I dumb or is it actually buffed so it grows faster? Also if it is how fast is it here compared to normal?

If you looked at the features specific to this server you would see that it has double most things. That includes growing stuff
