Hi ArcheRagers!
Previously stacking quantity of some items was changed. We had 3 waves of such stacking changes. You can find the details in these 3 threads: Stacking Changes Part 1 and Stacking Changes Part 2 and Stacking Changes Part 3.
As we received multiple requests for additional changes, we are starting this thread. If you want to increase stacks on some items, post it in the following form:
<Item name> (and, if possible, ID from archeagedatabase): <current stack> → <new stack>.
<Short explanation on why it needs to be increased and why to this level>.
Important!
Make sure not to post it like "all poisons" or so on as in that case we'll simply ignore it and make no change.
If you have the doubts regarding the item name or ID, you can search for it here: http://archeagedatabase.net/

<Mystic Daru Summoning Potion> ID: 8001194: current stack: 10 new stack: as high as you want to go
The item is untradeable so there's no worry of selling it to people on the AH, and it fills up the inventory INSANELY fast if you're crafting many at a time

<Dried Flowers> ID: 30900: current stack: 5.000 new stack: 20.000

Reason: Dried flowers are used only for packs, and the lowest amount asked is 50 per pack! Using this info, we can have a look at the average usage per pack, and we can assume (counting fertilizers as one type only), and its ~76 per pack.
If we decide to utilize the fertilizer as our base, since its the most common pack that uses <Dried Flowers>, we find that they are the most requested item on the craft, using 50 per pack. If we check other items that are required to craft, we find that <Dried Flowers> has the lowest "request per stack" of all items. With one stack being able to craft only 100 packs, while all others: <Ground Grain>; <Trimmed Meat> and <Chopped Produce>, stacking up to 5.000~10.000, making 200 ~ 400 PER STACK (info on them below); With that in mind, the objective of stacking <Dried Flowers> up to 25k, is to match the most "request per stack" of the fertilizer pack. If it doesnt get that high, with a new stack of 20k, at least double of [<Ground Grain> and <Chopped Produce>] is needed to balance inventory spaces.

<Ground Grain> ID: 30902 : current stack: 5.000 new stack: 10.000

Reason: As mentioned above, Fertilizer Packs are constituted of 4 ingredients, one of them being <Ground Grain>. It uses 25 per craft.as mentioned above, we have <Chopped Produce> stacking up to 10k, making 400 packs with one stack. Seeing that a stack to craft 400 packs would be 10.000, the increase to 10.000 would allow a better inventory management, and "request per stack" for each pack.
Aside from Fertilizer, we see that any other pack (with exception of 4), requests 80+, which boosts the need for a better and bigger stack, since with Fertilizers the current stacks made 200, but other packs would do around 50.

<Trimmed Meat> ID: 30905 : current stack: 5.000 new stack: 10.000

Reason: Same as all others, current stack (for fertilizer) makes 250 packs. To make 400, we would need 8.000, but since its not a "round number", we can boost it to 10.000.

All this is using "fertilizers" as a base for the math, but many other packs uses more of the items, which would prove that upping those stacks ARE NOT a bad idea.

Every type of farmed or gathered resource make them stacks of 10k. Example corn and rice can fill up a chest really quick whilst just making 1 Ayanad

All Tier 1 Crops (vegetables, fruits, grain, flower, etc) at 10k stacks.
Reason: Most of packs that uses t1 materials (not chopped) uses a lot of this itens Some reaches 150 to 200 units). While to make 50 packs of fertilizer you need only 4 slot, some packs to make the same quantity uses 20+ slots.

[Wool] stacks only to 1k. Please increase this to 10k

Formatted:
<Wool> (ID: 8053), Current Stack 1k --> New Stack 10k

Explanation:
This would align [Wool] with all other gear crafting precursos
Eg. Logs stacks to 10k, Iron Ore stacks to 10k, Pelt stacks to 10k...
It is nonsensical that Wool too does not stack to 10k given that like those materials you needs lots of it.

There has been numerous requests for this, both in the Part 3 Stacking thread, and, in various posts ever since then, though I have not quoted them all:

Please may we have [Wool] stack to 10k... it is odd that unlike other similar materials (logs, raw stone, pelt, and milk even) that it only stacks up to 1k.
'please

I think in terms of stacking the server is in a really good place, though there are random consistency issues that are bit annoying like one of the base mats wool not stacking to 10k that xkf2 is talking about.

Make Wool stack to 10k please, thank you.

The only reason I am asking for Wool to have stacking increased is because it is very easy (like Logs) to accumulate lots of the item.
If one is using Majestic Trees, then you very easily get 1k logs, so it makes sense, stack logs to 10k.
The same can be said for Raw Stone, if you pick your house drill or mining drill you can get lots of Raw Stone and also Iron Ore.
The same is also for Pelt.

All these items stack to 10k, and are used in major crafting channels (gear (Weaponry, Carpentry, Plate and Leather Armor), construction etc) that are known to require copious amounts of raw mats prior to even making set pieces.

Why then is Wool, a major precursor to Cloth and thus Cloth Armor is left to only stack to 1k? the other crafting proficiencies enjoy better stockpiling capacity.

If you are using Sheep pens to get wool, per harvest of a single pen you will get on average 150 wool. But. many players fill out whole 24x24s or 16x16s and many multiples of these with pens, anywhere from 4 pens upwards, and eight or sixteen being not uncommon. (2 filled 24x24 plots)

A single harvest of these alone, if looking at the minimum number that are usually placed (4 on a single 16x16 plot) would give you 600 Wool, a full 6/10ths of the current stack limit in a single harvest! Now imagine you had a 24x24 (with 8 pens) you'd get 1.2k, 200 over the stacking limit.

So as you can see, in regards to handling wool it quickly spirals out of control if you are harvesting even "only" once per day. Meanwhile, other materials that are used in major crafting (iron ore, raw log, pelt, raw stone, for iron iron ingot, lumber, leather, and stone brick respectively) enjoy increased stack sizes. This is unfair on cloth crafters!

Incorrect, Millet is used for the Rookborne community center pack that only residents of the region can craft.
That recipe requires 180 Millet, so, I do agree with you that it does need a stacking increase since a 1k stack only lets you craft 5 packs.

I didnt knew they had made changes on this pack, at 3.0 this pack used Corn, not Millet. Thanks for the update.

Can we get [Adventurer's Growthstone] to stack to 10k instead of 1k? They are piling up and are useful for if/when we get ancestrals increased to 34...

Can you just make them vendorable? It's not like we have an absolute need for the plethora of these at our disposal.

As I said in the red text:

I'm saving them rather than selling them, so if the sell option gets added, pls do so in combination with stack change

Meats (Beef, Pork, Mutton, Chicken, Turkey, etc.) Current: 1k - New: 5k
Grains (Barley, Oats, Corn, Rice, Wheat, Rye, Peanut, Millet, Quinoa, Bean) Current: 1k - New: 5k

Honestly it would be easier to just say anything that you can grow stacks to 5k.

Also Abyssal shards. Current: 1k - New: 5k?
