Land is a nightmare

I realize as a professional potato I may be shooting myself in both my own feet here but...

Should admins maybe starting considering a land ownership cap per account?

Saw the new "Little Witch's House" being dropped and that's all well and good and cool but where the heck is anyone going to put it? We have 24x24 spots in non-prime locations going for 50k-60k or more. I frequent the community center boards and often run through full housing zones of empty plots. Price and availability are getting worse fast just in the short couple months since I've joined. Not to mention the value of gold now significantly dropping reportedly due to botters.

With the influx of new players from recently shut down servers, the sooner the issue is addressed or resolved seems the better. Might just be me, but I'm trying to play a video game not emulate real life here.

I've been making similar suggestions, including suggested solutions for a long time. It's clear that the Tax Certificate cost isn't having any effect on the issue.

At this point, I just don't expect any change.

no it made it worse, every time they added a tax change! people don't listen and they voted for price increases all around in the most recent poll, basically.

Also Rhem, no, this is not okay for many reasons.

As I stated before in a whisper with someone, if the land cap had existed from the launch of the game it would've been okay, by now it is far too late.
