Level 50 to craft?

Okay so I was given a side quest to craft a few Hereafter stones, but I noticed that I had to be level 50+ in order to craft? I've noticed that I can't chop down trees either.

Completely intentional restriction. all labor activities outside of your inventory are locked until level 52.
Those side quests are something you just have to skip

Oh, because of botting? That sorta sucks. Guess the EXP boost is sort of a gift from heaven regardless.
